These terms govern your use of the Vespucci app and this website. Using either means you accept them. They are provided by Leonardo Rignanese, an individual based in Italy, reachable at vespucci@leorigna.com.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload or interfere with it.
The countries you mark belong to you. We claim no ownership of them and we do not publish them. You can delete them, and your whole account, from Settings → Delete account.
Vespucci shows visa categories compiled from government sources. Entry rules change without notice, and they depend on facts the app does not know — your purpose of travel, your passport’s remaining validity, your route, your history. Treat what you see as a starting point, never as authority. Confirm with the embassy or the official immigration site of the country you are travelling to before you book anything.
We do not guarantee this information is accurate, current or complete, and we are not liable for what happens if you rely on it.
Some features require payment. Purchases made inside the app are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their terms, and refunds follow their policies — we cannot issue a store refund on your behalf, though we will help you ask. Prices may vary by country. If a subscription is offered, it renews until you cancel it, and you cancel it in the store account you bought it with.
This is a small, independently run service. It may be unavailable at times, features may change, and it could one day stop. If it is going to shut down, you will be told in time to export what matters to you.
The service is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under Italian or EU law, including your statutory withdrawal rights.
You may stop using Vespucci and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or breaks these terms.
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
If these terms change materially, the date above changes and the app will say so before the change takes effect.
